1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using bajilivr in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajilivr platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bajilivr with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written. bajilivr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use bajilivr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of bajilivr, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You do not have an active self-exclusion in place on bajilivr or any affiliated platform.

bajilivr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds remaining will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, after deducting any bonus amounts received.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. bajilivr uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed without notice, and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited at bajilivr's sole discretion.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud and underage gambling, bajilivr operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point at our discretion, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajilivr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and major Bangladeshi bank debit and credit cards. All transactions on bajilivr are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bajilivr account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. bajilivr is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or network issues outside bajilivr's control. You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during bajilivr's standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 24 hours in the majority of cases, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. bajilivr may request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on unusual withdrawal patterns.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. bajilivr does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts and will not process withdrawals to a payment account other than the one used to make the original deposit. Suspected third-party payment activity will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bajilivr offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who have accepted the relevant offer in accordance with its specific terms;
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, unless the specific offer terms state that both deposit and bonus amounts must be wagered;
• Not all games on bajilivr contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the bonus terms for each individual offer;
• bajilivr reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension;
• In-play or live betting markets may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution at bajilivr's discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bajilivr are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that the details of a bet — including the selection, stake, and bet type — are correct before confirming. bajilivr will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error, except where an obvious pricing error by bajilivr can be demonstrated.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting on bajilivr covers Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures (Test, ODI, and T20I), and other major cricket competitions. The specific rules governing settlement of cricket bets — including how weather interruptions, abandonments, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are handled — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. For BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches, local time is Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on bajilivr are sourced from certified third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own rules as provided by the game supplier. In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on your screen and the result recorded on bajilivr's gaming server, the server record shall be considered the definitive result. bajilivr's gaming servers are the authoritative record of all game transactions.

6.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect price, a software malfunction, or an obvious mis-posting of a sporting result — bajilivr reserves the right to void any affected bets, correct erroneous account balances, and take such other remedial action as may be appropriate. bajilivr will not be liable to players for losses resulting from manifest errors or technical faults that are not attributable to bajilivr's negligence.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following activities while using bajilivr:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using a payment account that is not registered in your own name;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended by bajilivr;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events;
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime through the bajilivr platform;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control, or responsible gaming restriction in place on the platform;
• Using the platform in any way that causes or is likely to cause disruption, damage, or impairment to bajilivr's systems or reputation.

Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended. bajilivr reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all pending withdrawals, and permanently close the account of any player who breaches this section. In serious cases, bajilivr may report the matter to relevant financial crime authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your bajilivr account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@bajilivr. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met the required wagering threshold at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bajilivr

bajilivr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if, in bajilivr's reasonable judgement, any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;

• The player has an active self-exclusion and has attempted to circumvent it;

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bajilivr will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, if applied, will not reduce your verified real-money balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on bajilivr — including but not limited to the platform's name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, data, trademarks, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of bajilivr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bajilivr solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from bajilivr without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on bajilivr's content;
• Use bajilivr's trademarks or branding in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that suggests an endorsement or affiliation with bajilivr that does not exist;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the bajilivr platform.

Any unauthorised use of bajilivr's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajilivr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use bajilivr, even if bajilivr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bajilivr does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical defects, or that any defects will be corrected. bajilivr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance, system upgrades, and circumstances beyond bajilivr's control — including but not limited to telecommunications outages, force majeure events, and third-party payment provider issues — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, bajilivr's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Responsible Gaming

bajilivr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time after login and include:
